Flying fifteen, ‘ffire ffor effect’, is well fettled, fast and competitive boat that performs well at club and open meeting levels.  Its current setup is particularly suited for inland racing with a medium weight crew and makes it a good entry level boat for racing on the Class circuit.  The boat is a 1999 Ovington built Mk9 Smoothie design, freshwater sailed and hasn’t had a ‘hard life’, it has a sound FRP hull in excellent condition professionally maintained by DinghyTec. Fitted with Milanes block laminate/epoxy sheathed rudder and comes with spare foam core gelcoat laminated rudder. Retains essence of its Evans setup, now adapted with secondary mainsail controls set forward and rig controls run to the console, removing side deck clutter to enable ease of  forward/aft movement.   Fitted with Epsilon section mast and carbon twin pole system, spare P&B ‘tin’ end to end pole included.  Comes with numerous mainly Goacher sails ranging from 4/10 to 8/10 condition, an unused, new suit of North sails is available by separate negotiation. Recently serviced Hayling trailer in good condition.  New Rain & Shine breathable ‘weathermax’ boom-up cover ‘24 season, Goacher trailing and under covers in good condition.  The boat has an up-to-date certificate and is realistically priced at: £4,950 ovno.  It is usually located at Abergavenny, viewing by appointment (can do via FaceTime or similar), will consider help with transportation on purchase.
