"Looking at the numbers that have returned over the last few years. There was a steady trend in the reduction of data coming to us however In the last 2 years the number of returns has started to increase and the suggested number through our algorithm has been 1021 for the last 3 years. I would think the reason why it is a big jump this year is because we have had 3 years of the numbers pointing towards this change across a national level this gives us the confidence to make such a big change." We are yet not entirely sure if the advisory classic and silver PY numbers should change at this stage but as these numbers are advisory and not official we would leave this u to sailing secretaries and those applying classic and silver PY's as to whether, after having time to analyse results in handicap racing, if these need changing Rate article 2.7 Rate this article: 2.7 Tags flying fifteen Flying 15 RYA PY 1021 Handicap Racing Share Print Switch article Flying Fifteens at the Dinghy Show:- The Story of an Exhibit Previous Article More from the Dinghy Show Next Article Related articles Events Postponed Update Blackpool & Fleetwood Crew Wanted New Website for UK Flying 15s Nationals Entries Comment Collapse Expand Comments (0) You don't have permission to post comments.
