We really like being in the 21st Century here at UKFFA HQ and we keep the website, blogs and twitter feeds going strong, we even invite you to contact us by email (saves trees don't you know). To help keep spam as low as possible as you would expect and obviously do yourselves we use a contact form for the facility.
However we have begun to notice that when these come in people are using their business email addresses to contact us, unfortunately these email accounts appear to have very aggressive spam filtering software. This results in our emails from our association email account bouncing back.
So if you want a reply use a personal email account rather than a work account otherwise you're not going to hear from us, either that or change your spam filtering to let us in.
