To me it looks like mine. A Wyche and Coppock 2481 built in 1979
The mast-gate is the same and the fittings on both sides of the mast-gate are the same as does what you can see of the thwart. Certainly before I bought it had had a curved mainsheet track as you can still see where it was fitted and the mainsheet block and cleat mounted on a pedestal on the aft side of the thwart is the same and the aft end of the bow tank is similar.
So I would say the boat in question is a W&C, although mine does not have an inlay on the top of the decks and sides . A photograph looking aft showing the forward side of the thwart and the back end of the inside of the cockpit would clinch it. The other point is the rudder tube on my W&C is at right angles to the deck and not inclined forward.
I will take some pictures of my as a comparison.
